Vice President PT Asri Pancawarna Hendrata Atmoko mengatakan, jika dilihat sepintas, pelemahan rupiah bisa menambah pemasukan negara melalui ekspor. Namun, karena bahan baku keramik dan granit masih impor, ongkos produksi pun membengkak.

"Siapa yang tidak mau dollar income? Tapi bahan baku kita (keramik dan granit) kan termasuk gas, harus bayar pakai dollar," ujar Hendrata di Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (19/3/2015).

Hendrata menjelaskan, bahan pembakar keramik dan granit yaitu gas PGN yang juga mengalami lonjakan harga karena nilai dollar AS menguat. Kenaikan harga gas ini terjadi sejak 6 Februrai sebesar 10 persen saat Rupiah terdepresiasi 6 persen sampai 10 persen. rumah dijual di jakarta timur

"Dengan naiknya harga bahan baku seiring juga dengan pemasukan negara yang bertambah, maka tidak banyak nilai lebih dari pelemahan rupiah bagi sektor industri keramik," tandas Hendrata.

Ia menuturkan, jika nilai tukar dollar AS masih di atas Rp 13.000 hingga April, kemungkinan besar, harga produknya pun akan disesuaikan.

Proyek rusunami di Medan misalnya. Perumnas membangun tujuh menara rusunami di atas lahan seluas 1,8 hektar. Proyek rusunami ini akan digabungkan dengan bangunan komersial berupa pusat perbelanjaan atau mal.

Sementara di Makassar, saat ini masih dalam proses perizinan lahan. Rencananya, Perumnas akan membangun dua menara rusunami. Di lantai dasar menara ini, disiapkan juga sejumlah ruko sebagai fasilitas penunjang bagi penghuni.

Sementara di Bandung, tepatnya kawasan Antapani, Nawir menyebutkan Perumnas akan membangun tiga menara rusunami rumah dijual di jakarta selatan.

Selain ketiga kota tersebut, Perumnas juga mengembangkan rusunami di Karawang. Di lahan seluas empat hektar, akan didirikan 3 menara. Namun tidak menutup kemungkinan, Perumnas akan menambah jumlah rusunami di Karawang dalam beberapa waktu ke depan.

Ada pun di Jakarta, proyek Perumnas teranyar adalah di Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Di sini, mereka berencana membangun 20 menara. Saat ini, prosesnya masih dalam tahap perizinan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
